Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Plus, you can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers!

Responsibilities:

• In-Home Consultations: Travel to customer locations (typically within a 1-hour radius) using pre-qualified, warm leads generated by the company.
• Sales Presentations: Use electronic tablets and measuring tools to show flooring samples, assess room dimensions, and review pricing and installation options.
• Prospecting & Referrals: Build community-based sales and generate self-driven leads to increase earning potential.
• Customer Service: Coordinate product selections and maintain professional communication from consultation to project setup.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
