Are You a Match?

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years industry related experience and/or training within a distribution or industrial production environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in the operation of a forklift (appropriate certifications will be maintained).

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prefer prior technical experience with compressed gases, gas analysis and gas lab equipment.
• Prior experience utilizing SAP preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google suite applications (GMAIL, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to leverage metrics to improve production effectiveness.
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
• Ability to contribute effectively to a fast-paced environment and meet team deadlines.

The hourly base pay range for this position in California is $75,000 - $90,000. Please note that the hourly base pay information is a general guideline only. Airgas considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
