Regional Resource Nurse: Wound, IV & Wellness Advocate

Allaire Health Services is seeking a Regional Resource Nurse to support 3-4 skilled nursing facilities with hands-on clinical leadership. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, clinical systems improvement, and proactive resident risk identification. Key duties include clinical compliance audits, wound care and IV therapy, hydration/nutrition surveillance, and staff education to ensure accurate documentation and survey readiness.
