Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Technologist (MT)\n

About the Opportunity\nThis full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern hospital laboratory performing a variety of diagnostic testing procedures across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities\n- \n

Perform routine and complex laboratory testing on patient specimens

Analyze, verify, and report laboratory results accurately and efficiently
\n - \n
Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
\n - \n
Follow established quality control and quality assurance procedures
\n - \n
Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve testing issues as needed
\n - \n
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
\n - \n
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to support patient care
\n - \n
Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related science field

Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligible
\n - \n
Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
