Provides assistance with disability, health, and life benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans. Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field./ppEssential Functions:/pulliHandles various levels of inquiries concerning compensation, position management, payroll and benefits administration./liliProvides first line of contact for employees, external vendors, Trust department, and other plan administrators via telephone./liliResearches and resolves basic inquiries regarding payroll activity and tax withholdings./liliProvides frontline assistance regarding programs, policies, and procedures./liliResponsible for problem-solving and resolving Tier 1 type of questions./liliDocuments calls and forwards ticket to Tier 2 for resolution if unable to resolve./li/ulpRequirements/Certifications:/pulli1-2 years previous administrative support in an HR department/liliBachelors degree preferred./liliWorking knowledge of Workday preferred./liliBasic knowledge of Human Resources (benefits, employment law, employee relations, knowledge of HRIS) preferred./li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p/div
