Join Our Expanding Urology Team
We are a nationally recognized health system looking to enhance our Urology service line by welcoming a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to our established team, which includes three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Position OverviewThis role offers a supportive environment with:
- Collaborative Team Structure: Work alongside three Urologists and three skilled APPs.
- Manageable Workload: Enjoy a sustainable volume of cases with a light call schedule that is well-supported.
- Structured Practice: Benefit from dedicated clinic days and protected operating room (OR) block time.
- Advanced Technology: Utilize Da Vinci XI robotics, cutting-edge imaging, and Epic EMR for enhanced patient care.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Attractive Earning Potential: Base salary at the 75th percentile plus wRVU incentives.
- Sign-On Bonus: $45,000 for relocation assistance.
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 available.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME), and a 401(k) plan.
