The Optimist brings a menu of casual, wood-fired fare to Nashville's Germantown neighborhood, transporting landlocked Tennesseans coast side to experience fresh, sustainably sourced seafood.
The Optimist is seeking an eager Steward to join our Nashville team!
The Optimist Stewards work to ensure extraordinary guest experiences by diligently supporting the culinary team in an efficient manner during service. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Previous experience operating a dish machine in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. Apply today and become part of a dynamic, innovative, and heartfelt group of unique individuals!
Competitive pay - $14 to $16/hr. - based on experience and ability
