Job Details This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office. We are seeking a passionate Spanish‑Speaking Content Leader to join our dynamic team in New York, contributing to our Content function. Key Responsibilities Industry Insights & Trends: Stay ahead of fintech trends in Latin America as part of the Fintech Americas team, a division of the Money20/20 platform. Provide recommendations on format, style, and technology to enhance event experiences. Research & Speaker Engagement: Conduct in‑depth research (desk, phone, and face‑to‑face) with industry stakeholders to identify market trends, uncover hot topics, and secure top‑tier speakers for our stages. Content Management: Manage speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition to ensure seamless content delivery. Event Collaboration: Support other shows within the Money20/20 event series, contributing to their success. Reporting & Updates: Provide weekly updates on speaker outreach, confirmations, pipeline progress, blockers, call‑for‑content status, timelines, and risks. Database Growth: Collaborate with the content operations team to expand and maintain the speaker database. Qualifications Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities are essential, including the capacity to convey complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is required. Passion for Storytelling: Deep enthusiasm for live‑event storytelling and an endless curiosity about the financial services, fintech, and payments landscape. Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing and communication skills with confidence presenting to senior executives.
