Quality Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor that enjoys working in a progressive, team‑based environment and is committed to making a positive impact. Position Responsibilities Identify and lead projects in the facility to implement corrective actions that are sustainable to resolve process defects and customer quality issues. Seek out areas to improve quality and function in facilities. Track daily KPI metrics for first pass yield, top defects, and report to management. Train employees on quality issues and defects. Maintain ISO compliant work instructions, administrative guidelines, and work aids. Participate in ISO audits. Identify defect issues and implement training in the facility to improve quality. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related field is preferred. 3+ years of related experience in engineering or quality is preferred. Experience with and understanding of corrective action tools such as CAR’s, A3’s, or 8D’s is preferred. Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google, manufacturing EPR systems. Ability to work cross‑functionally and effectively write and communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to perform basic and complex analysis.
