Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating RoomWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in various specialties.ResponsibilitiesScrubbing and circulating for procedures in orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastic surgeries.Monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety during surgical procedures.Collaborating with surgical teams to prepare the operating room and maintain a sterile environment.Assisting in patient assessments and developing care plans in accordance with surgical protocols.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent experience in a surgical specialty.Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.Work ScheduleSchedule is from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with variable days based on operational needs.Holiday ExpectationsMust be available to work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday which may include the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.LocationThis role is located in the city of Holiday, FL.
