As a Resource Registered Nurse (RN) with The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various units. You’ll assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, adjust care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, patient-centered outcomes. This role may float to different departments to support changing patient and unit needs, requiring adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication skills.
