We are seeking experienced Data Center Sr. Project Managers to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development. This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country. This role oversees multiple Project Managers and drives execution across a multi-year AI infrastructure build. Key Responsibilities Lead overall project execution and financial performance Manage and mentor Project Managers and Engineers Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration Serve as primary interface with owners and executive stakeholders Drive risk mitigation and schedule certainty Support long-term program planning across phases Qualifications 12+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects Prior hyperscale data center leadership strongly preferred Strong executive-level communication and leadership skills Proven success managing multi-year programs Willingness to support long-term deployment in West Texas Long-Term Incentives & Financial Upside We recognize the commitment required for a project of this magnitude—and we reward it accordingly.
