What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated professionals from luxury retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A polished, professional appearance with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, smartphones, tablets, and digital sales tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
