*Job Summary and Responsibilities* As our Family Medicine *Physician Assistant (PA)*, you will join the collegial and diverse multi-specialty group at [Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican]( playing a pivotal role in building healthier communities in Watsonville, CA. You will provide outpatient care, embracing autonomy and flexibility in your work, with no weekends or evenings. We are offering a competitive salary range of *$140,000 - $160,000* (DOE) with uncapped productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and additional productivity and quality incentives.
