Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Middletown, PA area. The role is based in Highspire, Pennsylvania, and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key milestones. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently but collaboratively, visiting patient homes within the assigned territory. Travel to patient homes, spending approximately 20% of the day driving. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license with the ability to drive to patient locations. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance.
