We are on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to become part of our dynamic team! This opportunity arises from our continuous growth and the increasing demand for patient care, allowing you to join a well-established and busy practice from the outset.

Practice Highlights:

• General urology with options for sub-specialization, allowing you to customize your clinical focus.
• Become part of a growing, physician-led and owned organization.

• Strong referral relationships and immediate patient volume with a solid referral base.
• Extensive infrastructure for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) throughout the practice.
• Shared call schedule of 1:14, with only three full weekend commitments, three light "backup" weekends, and one holiday per year.
• APPs frequently assist with call duties.
• Dedicated operating room block time available, with an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) for procedures.
• Typical work schedule includes three clinic days, two OR days, and a half-day for administrative tasks.
• Teaching opportunities available with urology residents.
• Attractive compensation package that includes sign-on and relocation bonuses.
• Ancillary opportunities in pharmacy, imaging, PAE, IOD, pathology, PET scanning, clinical research, ASC, and more.
• Partnership track available after approximately 24 months.
