MaineHealth Stephens Hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join our team on a per diem basis in beautiful Norway, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.
Position highlights:
- Medical direction model: Collaborate with 3 CRNAs daily to manage 3 sites of service.
- Diverse surgical specialties: OBGYN, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, and podiatry.
- 24/7 OB service.
- Collegial environment with experienced providers and outstanding support staff.
- Access to advanced technologies and a fully integrated Epic EMR.
- Flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active and unrestricted Maine medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
