About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum two years of experience required License: Ohio RRT license required Certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP & PALS required Must-Have: Experience in PEDS, PICU, NICU (high-level care level 4) Description: Registered Respiratory Therapists will work in critical care environments with pediatric patients. The responsibilities include providing respiratory care in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings. Therapists may be required to float to other facilities as needed. Candidates must be committed to compliance requirements. All work history must be documented in the application profile. Active certifications must be submitted upon application. Clinical proficiency with advanced life support protocols is essential. Candidates must provide two professional references from supervisors within the specialty. A nicotine-free status is mandatory before starting the position. Candidates will undergo a drug screening process. Background checks will be conducted, and inconsistencies in work history will be addressed. Compliance with annual competency requirements is required.
