Manager, Communication Consultant

Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position Partner with Fidelity Managing Directors to develop and execute participant communication strategies for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients. Manage the end-to-end delivery of educational, plan, and regulatory communications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and cost-effective production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to oversee high-volume projects, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements. Ensure timely delivery, effective governance, and exceptional participant experience through best-practice communication solutions. Consult with the Managing Director on the communication and education strategy for the project, uncovering key client priorities and needs, while positioning the current TEM Core communications model appropriately.The Expertise and Skills You Bring• Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field strongly desired• Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred• 2-3 years’ communications consulting experience preferred• Proven project management experience required• SIE required. Series 6, 63 licenses preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).• Working knowledge of communication processes from creation through distribution acrossmultiple media (print, email, internet). Print production experience a plus.• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.• Detail oriented with strong editing/proofreading skills.• Customer-focused with analytical and creative thinking skills.• Knowledge of Fidelity's communications offerings and capabilities for a multitude of productofferings (e.g., Financial Wellness, Personalized Planning and Advice, Self-Directed Brokerage,Roth, Health Savings Account, etc.)• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other internal systems (e.g., Comhub, PSW, Xtrac).The TeamThe Communications Consultant Team partners with Relationship Management, serving clients in the Tax-Exempt area to deliver critical retirement plan communications. We support hospitals, universities, governments, and faith‑based organizations whose missions center on helping people thrive. Our work helps participants improve financial wellness and outcomes and become retirement-ready through clear, effective communication.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
