We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospice Marketer to expand our outreach and ensure more families are aware of the quality care we provide.

Position Overview: The Hospice Marketer will be responsible for promoting our hospice services within our servicing areas and potential expansions. This role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential referral sources to grow our patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote hospice services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Conduct presentations and educational events for healthcare professionals, community groups, and the public.
• Identify new referral sources and foster partnerships to increase patient referrals.
• Maintain consistent communication with referral sources to ensure a steady flow of referrals.
• Track marketing efforts, document outreach activities, and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and strong patient transitions.
• Represent the organization with professionalism and compassion at community events and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, or home health services strongly desired.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of hospice care services, Medicare regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
