Location: Dickson, Tennessee

Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• LDRP unit with 9 beds, plus 1 OBED bed, 4-bed Level II NICU, and 1 OR suite
• Comprehensive women's services including labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in one unit
• Patient ratios: 1:1 active labors/inductions/C-sections, 1:3 couplet care, 1:3 NICU intermediate care
• Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN central monitoring with telemedicine capabilities
• Joint Commission certified facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations, Stroke Center
• Equipment includes CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, bili-blankets, PCA pumps, and tele-med robot for neonatology support

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Labor and delivery experience including ability to labor and recover mothers, receive and transition newborns, and perform newborn assessments
• BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
• Fetal monitoring education and experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) strongly preferred
• Experience with C-sections, intrauterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
