Previous applicants are currently under review and do not need to reapply.We are currently recruiting a Behavioral Programming Specialist for the Forensic Services Unit (FSU) at Central Regional Hospital (CRH). Job responsibilities include the following:1. Direct and indirect behavioral assessment and intervention services as ancillary staff, working under the clinical supervision of licensed psychologist or licensed psychological associate2. Teaching and staff training3. Being responsible for assigned tasks across organization units of the hospital4. Serving as role model for staff and patients, demonstrating the provision of positive behavioral supports on an ongoing basis5. Implementing behavioral treatment plans (both individual plans and group contingency plans) that have been developed by psychologists6. Communicating effectively about and teaching the elements of behavior intervention plans to staff, as needed7. Collecting and summarizing behavioral data in accordance with behavioral intervention plans and departmental and institutional policies/procedures8. Interacting effectively with patients and staff, including direct care staff, psychologist, social workers, nurses, and physicians.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesNC04Salary Range: $32,287.00 - $56,502.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
