InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there! About InstaSwim InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson Company. We serve clients in all major cities across the US. We pride ourselves in offering a fast solution to finding personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of their own pool. Our team is backed by a spirited and dedicated support staff, ready to ensure your journey with us is seamless and filled with moments of joy and fulfillment while you earn some of the highest wages in the industry doing what you love! Swim Instructor Responsibilities
- Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
- Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
- Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
- Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
- Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
- Ensure safety of the student at all times.
- Set Your Own Schedule: Work when it’s convenient for you with flexibility
- Travel Locally: Decide your preferred travel radius.
- Fast Payment: Get paid within 24 hours via PayPal or other methods.
- Insurance Coverage: InstaSwim adds you to our general liability policy.
- Client Opportunities: Receive client matches regularly based on your area and availability.
- Background Check: We cover the cost!
- Quick Start: Can begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview (based on onboarding).
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
- Swim instruction equipment if need be.
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Clear a background check.
- Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson.
- Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
