Clinical Care Coordinator (LMSW/LMHC) - Family & Housing

Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking an LMSW/LMHC Client Care Coordinator to deliver clinical services to families in transitional housing. The ideal candidate will conduct psychosocial assessments, facilitate counseling, and work collaboratively with community service providers. This role requires a commitment to social work best practices and the ability to work flexible hours. A Master's in Social Work (LMSW/LMHC) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
