About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications to lead the development and implementation of a contemporary marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications, including creative services, publications, advertising, web, social media, and public relations. This role demands a strategic leader who can ensure that marketing initiatives align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities. The Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications will also be tasked with managing a team, overseeing an integrated media relations program, and engaging with traditional and digital platforms to reach a wide range of audiences. Applicants for the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare or hospital systems. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader, capable of building and leading high-performing teams, and will have a proven track record of influencing at the executive level. Strong technical and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of contemporary marketing strategies, are essential. The role also requires a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is committed to advancing the organization's mission through effective brand strategy and marketing innovation.
