Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities Provide leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces. Create design concepts and continue their development through all design phases. Be responsible for interior finish material selections, specification, and production of finish material boards. Utilize space planning, knowledge of codes, and understanding of mechanical systems. Produce construction documentation, construction administration, and review of submittals. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture (must be CIDA accredited). Demonstrated knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) process. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients. Proficient in Revit + Enscape or SketchUp + Lumion, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, Office 365. Desired Skills NCIDQ Interior Designer, registered in the State of Texas (TBAE) is a plus. Educational, sports, healthcare, and corporate design experience strongly preferred. Ability to work well while juggling and prioritizing multiple projects, often against multiple deadlines in a diplomatic manner. Strong devotion to customer service. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for California locations will vary based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The salary range is $67,597.00 – $101,396.00. Incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses may also be awarded. The compensation package includes a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
