Bartender

Ojo de Agua is a fresh-casual Mexican concept that has built a loyal following across Houston for its food, atmosphere, and handcrafted drinks. We recently opened our Woodlands location and are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and help us deliver the same experience our guests already love.

What You'll Be Doing

- Crafting cocktails, fresh juice blends, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Creating a bar experience guests genuinely look forward to — not just a transaction
- Managing your station with ownership: setup, cleanliness, pars, and closing
- Working alongside a team that has fun and takes hospitality seriously
- Being a face of the brand — the person guests remember and come back for

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service or cocktail bar environment
- Solid cocktail knowledge — classic builds, fresh ingredients, speed without sacrificing quality
- A natural host: warm, confident, able to read a room
- Someone who shows up on time, ready, and with a great attitude — every shift
- TABC certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus — not required
