About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Kansas

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• 26-bed Coronary Care Unit specializing in advanced cardiac interventions
• Work with critical cardiac equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia devices
• Collaborative team environment with experienced staff and dedicated charge nurse support
• EMR system: Meditech
• Travel nursing assignment at a major medical facility
• Multiple positions available

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Previous experience in large facility ICU units strongly preferred
