Process Mechanic

We are seeking a Process Mechanic to join our growing team at the La Porte Plant location in La Porte, TX . Responsibilities Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment within manufacturer’s specification using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments. Follow all prescribed safety and environmental practices to prevent injuries and incidents, and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations. Maintain (e.g., preventative maintenance), install, repair, and troubleshoot process equipment such as pumps and piping. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent plus at least one of the following: a minimum of 5 years of documented industrial maintenance experience in mechanical maintenance, or at least 2 years of documented industrial maintenance experience plus one of the following: an associate degree, public or military technical training school, or NCCER certification. Valid driver’s license. Ability to perform all duties listed with or without accommodation.
