Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Virtual Assistant For Real Estate Consulting
MUST HAVE SALES AND REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE AND BE ENERGETIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC!
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us provide outbound calling for our real estate consulting clients. Specific training is provided, but experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST. The focus of this role is having conversations with leads and setting appointments for real estate agents.
Tasks of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Calling new leads
- Nurturing old leads
- Setting appointments
- Producing reports
- Attending mandatory training
- Managing Follow Up Boss accounts
Skills:
- Excellent grammar
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Growth mindset
- CRM experience a plus
- Internet - at least 15 Mbps with a backup wired internet connection
- Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 OS
Compensation: $4/hour for 40 hours a week (FULL TIME) Weekly payout via Transfer Wise
