Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate patients, establish measurable treatment goals, implement and modify treatment plans, and provide objective documentation of care.
• Ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.
• Experience providing patient and family education and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
• Comfort providing guidance to PTAs, aides, or students is preferred.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: Full-time, standard 40 hours per week.
• Assignment Length: 13 Week travel assignment.
• Patient Population: Adult and pediatric patients in home settings.
