Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer retention calls.
• Understand customer concerns and identify reasons for cancellation.
• Provide effective solutions, offers, and alternatives to retain customers.
• Achieve retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes.
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer retention, call center, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed retention and performance targets.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
