Freeman Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Tech in Evansville, IN to join our reputable team. Pay: We offer our Residential HVAC Tech $28–$35 per hour, plus commission opportunities, after‑hours bonuses, and a $750 sign‑on bonus after 120 days. Benefits Health reimbursement Dental Paid holidays Paid vacation An individual retirement account (IRA) with matching THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH THE SCHEDULE: This is a full‑time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, including an on‑call rotation. YOUR ROLE: As our Residential HVAC Tech, you’ll perform system inspections, tune‑ups, and repairs for residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll use your technical expertise to diagnose issues, explain solutions to customers in simple terms, and ensure every job is completed with precision and professionalism. Your reliability and commitment to quality will make you a key part of our trusted team. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license EPA license 1+ years of HVAC service experience Willingness to work overtime and participate in on‑call rotations #J-18808-Ljbffr
