Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to adult clients. \n
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches to foster client growth. \n
- Engage in regular collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies. \n
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Actively participate in professional development, staying current with emerging practices and mental health trends. \n
The primary focus of this role is on adult clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Your ability to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic space will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and realize their goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current, valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. \n
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred and most relevant. \n
- Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services to adults, preferably in a clinical setting. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities; familiarity with telehealth technology is a plus. \n
