Family & Matrimonial Associate Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience Office Location: Albany, NY Work Schedule: On-Site, Full-Time Salary: $125,000-$142,500 Bonus: After one year of service, eligible for firm’s performance bonus program Role Details Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP seeks an associate to join its matrimonial and family law practice group located in our Corporate Woods office. The firm’s matrimonial and family law attorneys regularly negotiate and litigate family law matters, separations, premarital agreements, separation agreements, child support, spousal support, custody, and adoption. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of matrimonial law or significant prior litigation/trial experience. We’re looking for an Associate with excellent time management, legal research skills and drafting ability, and a professional presence.
