Position Description: At Delta College, we believe that education should be within reach for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. We are seeking a highly student-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Business Instructor at our Slidell campus to teach Business/Office Skills.This is a day-shift position, requiring 30 to 35 hours per week.Responsibilities:Learning and adapting the course curriculum.Mentoring students and providing additional support when needed.Overseeing examinations and final practical tests.Providing course feedback to the Director.Maintain accurate and up-to-date classroom records.This could be a terrific opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with our students.Qualifications:Associate 's or Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred, but not required.A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Teaching experience is preferred, but not required. The college offers training for all faculty staff.Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.Ready to make a difference in the lives of students?
