What You'll Own You will be trusted to: Diagnose and solve real equipment issues Perform repairs and preventative maintenance Deliver high‑quality service in the field Communicate professionally with customers Complete accurate service documentation Represent Hodge with excellence every time you show up Your work matters because our customers depend on it. How You'll Know You're Winning Success in this role comes down to three outcomes: High First‑Time Fix Rate—Customers count on us to solve problems correctly the first time Fast, Reliable Response Time—When equipment is down, urgency matters Strong Productivity & Efficiency—Great technicians work smart, stay organized, and make every hour count Everything else supports these outcomes. Requirements Technical experience in compressed air systems; experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagnostics. Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and service handbooks. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong problem‑solving skills, independence, and a commitment to quality.
