We're seeking an experienced  Studio Manager to lead membership sales, revenue growth, team leadership, and day-to-day operations for a growing wellness studio in the  Boulder, CO area.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in  fitness, wellness, retail management, hospitality, membership sales, or business development who enjoys building relationships, coaching teams, and achieving measurable sales goals.

Success in this role is measured by membership growth, lead conversion, customer retention, team performance, and overall studio profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

• Drive membership, package, retail, and service sales while consistently achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Personally convert prospects through phone calls, text messaging, online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and community events.
• Own the entire sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, consultations, closing, and member retention.
• Analyze sales reports and key performance metrics to improve conversion rates and studio performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships within the local community to generate qualified leads.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team.
• Hold team members accountable to daily activity, sales goals, customer experience standards, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, energetic, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork and exceptional service.

Studio Operations

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an outstanding member experience.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and studio presentation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Support social media, referral programs, promotions, and special events designed to increase studio traffic.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management, sales leadership, or business development experience.
• Experience in  fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, medical spa, membership sales, franchise operations, or customer service management preferred.
• Proven success achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
