Head of Development & Donor Strategy

Kids for the Future

MCHS is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising operations, manage a team of development professionals, and drive revenue goals. You will oversee donor strategy, CRM integrity, and stewardship programs while aligning with the Chief Development Officer’s vision. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years in fundraising, and three years of supervisory experience, with flexibility for some evening or weekend work as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
