Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The role requires expertise in orthopedic and neurological procedures, as well as experience with robotics. The candidate will work in a fast-paced operating room environment with the responsibility of handling complex surgical instruments and ensuring the safety of patients during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating room activities including setting up the room, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
• Support surgeons during procedures, including passing instruments and other tasks as directed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including maintaining sterile fields and adhering to the hospital's fingernail policy.
• Participate in emergency pediatric cases when necessary.

Requirements:

• BLS certification required; CST certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ortho, neuro, GYN, eyes, ENT, and robotics required.
• Must have neuro and ortho experience as well as robotics experience.
• No floating outside of the OR.
