DealCloud CRM Manager

Insight Global is seeking a DealCloud CRM Manager to join one of their investment banking and advisory clients in New York City. The DealCloud CRM Manager will support strategic initiatives for its Private Capital Advisory team and will own and drive the optimization of the firm's DealCloud CRM platform. The individual will be partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology to enhance workflows, reporting, and overall platform effectiveness. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in the NYC office.


Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary business owner and SME for the DealCloud platform
• Define and execute CRM roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs
• Partner with front-office teams and internal stakeholders to identify workflow and process improvements
• Drive enhancements across dashboards, reporting, automation, and user experience
• Evaluate and implement new features, integrations, and capabilities
• Lead user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
• Serve as escalation point for platform issues and enhancement requests
• Create best practice materials and improve overall platform utilization

Required Skills & Experience
• 4-10 years' experience in CRM management, business systems, or enterprise applications
• Experience working in a financial services related environment
• Hands on experience with DealCloud (supporting with configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data management)
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, pipeline management, and relationship tracking
• Experience leading CRM enhancements or transformation initiatives


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or related field
• DealCloud experience within investment banking, PE, asset management, or alt investments
• Familiarity with Celeste AI functionality and use cases
• Experience with CRM governance and data quality
• Exposure to automation, workflows, and CRM integrations
• Experience driving platform adoption or change management
