Registered Nurse – PACU with GI/Endoscopy skills in Clarkston, WA. This travel assignment begins 08/24/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a long-term care facility setting. Expect 4x10-hour day shifts with a shared on-call rotation, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $2,511 to $2,634.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in PACU/SSSU, including monitoring patients recovering from anesthesia and supporting post-operative recovery.
- Perform ongoing nursing assessments, education, and discharge planning; recognize and escalate post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
- Float to the Outpatient Services areas as needed, including Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, and Pre-operative Clinic, to support patient flow and safety.
- Assist with conscious sedation for select procedures under protocol, collaborating with anesthesia and surgical teams.
- Document care and vitals, manage pain and comfort measures, and ensure readiness for discharge or transfer per facility policy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of safety and quality care.
- Charge Nurse experience is preferred and may be a consideration in team leadership and shift coordination.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state
- Minimum 2 years of acute GI/Endoscopy experience
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Ability to float to Outpatient Services areas (Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, Pre-operative Clinic) and support conscious sedation
- Availability to work 4x10-hour shifts with a shared on-call rotation
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
