The Master Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional automotive service through advanced diagnostic abilities, high-level mechanical expertise, and a commitment to quality repairs. This position supports a variety of vehicle brands-including GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, Volkswagen, Nissan, KIA, and Ford-and requires comprehensive knowledge of modern automotive systems and manufacturer standards.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and advanced diagnostics across multiple manufacturer lines.
• Complete repairs and maintenance following OEM procedures and industry standards.
• Utilize advanced technology, scan tools, and specialized equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all services performed, parts used, and recommended repairs.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and evolving automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably at the Master or advanced level.
• Manufacturer certifications (GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, VW, Nissan, KIA, Ford) or willingness to complete brand-specific training.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
