The Patient Access Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from appointment scheduling to insurance verification. This is a crucial role in ensuring patients have the information and support they need to access care seamlessly. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within sixty (60) days from start date. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with MS Office, EMR/EPM systems.
