Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote)Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our team. Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply! Associates will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.Key Responsibilities:Managing a docket of cases to resolutionDepositions: Preparing client for depositionAttending depositionsInvoicing DepositionsResponding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters towards resolutionResponsive to incoming emails and phone callsProviding direction and guidance to non-attorneys as neededTeam Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by exampleParticipation in team events during work and after work hoursProviding feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clientsQualifications:Comfortable with fast-paced work environmentsDoctors' deposition experience (preferred)Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCandidates must be in good standing with the California State BarBenefitsOur law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
