About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, HHAs, and Caregivers to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed to meet nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current PCA, HHA, or CNA/GNA certification preferred or relevant experience
• COVID-19 Vaccination required
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of caregiving experience
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible scheduling including evenings or weekends
