Job Summary Line Cook Range: $16.00 - $19.30 Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Responsibilities You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will keep guests worry‑free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift. Qualifications Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance : Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must have 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must have 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
