What You'll Do

• Provide symptom management and end-of-life comfort care to palliative care patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust interventions accordingly
• Educate patients and families about care processes and symptom management
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity levels as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health records

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Epic experience
• Ability to float across units

• Previous travel nursing experience

About the Assignment This is a brand-new palliative care unit opening soon, dedicated to providing relief and improving quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. The unit will focus on symptom management, comfort care, and holistic support for patients and their families.
