The Lead Caregiver provides high-quality personal care to clients while also supporting and guiding other caregivers to ensure consistent, safe, and professional care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.Assist clients with daily living activities and companionship.Administer or assist with medications as directed.Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.Train, mentor, and support new caregivers.Ensure care plans are followed accurately and updated when needed.Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.QualificationsActive CNA certification or a minimum of 5 years of caregiver experienceReliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must drive)CMT certification preferredFlexibility to work throughout both Baltimore City and Baltimore CountyStrong leadership skills and the ability to support clients and caregivers in the fieldHomeCentris is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
