Strategy Consultant IV, Strategic Planning & Analysis

The Strategy Consulting role supports the Georgia Strategic Market Planning team. The role will be responsible for developing regional growth strategies, supporting Large Commercial strategy and membership analytics. This role requires strong analytical rigor and executive presence. The role is flexible and can expect to be on-site 60%. Residency is required in the primary location state. Note: Work location is on-site with the flexibility to work remotely, the primary location will be in-office for meetings, per Kaiser Permanente-s Authorized States Policy - Employees may be required to travel to a Kaiser Permanente or customer site. Residency is required in the primary location state: 9 Piedmont Center, 3495 Piedmont Rd., NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30305 Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for managing business strategy and/or initiative planning by developing a new organizational strategy process and coordinating key players for leadership strategy conversations; facilitating leadership decision making by leveraging advanced knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics); coordinating strategy community of practices by facilitating knowledge sharing across functions and entities to identify the right strategic priorities; developing frameworks to facilitate strategy development by leveraging Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and gap analyses to ensure that strategic opportunities are correctly identified; prioritizing strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans to establish management incentives; and providing ongoing initiative management and prioritization in real time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews).
